Child Safety Standards – TalkAway

TalkAway is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Prohibited Content

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Grooming or solicitation of minors
• Sexual exploitation of children
• Any activity involving harm or endangerment of minors

Any user engaging in such activity will have their account permanently removed and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Reporting Safety Concerns

Users can report inappropriate behavior or safety concerns directly within the TalkAway app or by contacting our support team.

All reports are reviewed promptly and appropriate action is taken to ensure community safety.

Enforcement

If TalkAway becomes aware of confirmed child sexual abuse material (CSAM), we will:

• Remove the content immediately
• Suspend or permanently terminate the involved accounts
• Report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other appropriate authorities
